We have some amazing nationally renowned speakers and workshops for premed, medical students, and residents set up for you including our keynote speaker Dr. Aida Giachello featured in TIME magazine. Please take a quick peak at our agenda.
We want to encourage everyone to register ASAP for this amazing opportunity to network with the region’s medical students and community leaders, hear inspiring speakers who are making a difference in our communities, participate in workshops, and enjoy the windy city LMSA Midwest style!
*Registration: Included with registration is continental breakfast and lunch! We will also be having an evening cocktail reception with limited space availability.
- $17 for undergraduates
– $28 for medical student members ($33 for non-members)

Chicago Marriot at Medical District, $159/night + tax (up to 4 persons/room), deadline to reserve a room is March 22nd. Please see Lodging Info page for more info.
*Travel Reimbursement: Up to $100/ chapter ($50 per person) for 2 members of each registered LMSA chapter.
*CALLING FOR MEDICAL STUDENT PANELISTS! If you are an M3 or M4 and are interested in volunteering as a panelist we are offering a $5 discount. Please email lmsa.midwest@gmail.com indicating your interest. We will assign you a timeslot and give you the promo code for discounted registration!
*Community Service Event (Sunday, March 25th):
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to volunteer at the 2012 Midwest Latino Healthcare Day, a day of promoting health awareness and recruiting Chicago area high school students into the health professions. We will be having fun active learning, health, and nutrition stations! With over 150 students We need volunteers to rotate through for a day of fun with the highschoolers, please indicate your interest in volunteering when you register. See this page for more info.
