Thank you for your interest in the LMSA and your support for the LMSA Midwest Regional Conference 2012. All information regarding registration, payments, and communication are included in the pdf document attached below.
Note to Exhibitors: Exhibitors will be set up around the periphery of our ‘lunch room’ which is quite large in order to accommodate all attendees. There will be some announcements and about 45 min set aside for some networking activities/eating during which time exhibitors are invited to be set up or take that time to set up your booths. Students will then be free to wonder and visit all our exhibitors even through some of the afternoon workshops so exhibitors are invited to stay as late as 3pm as students may take that time to come talk more in depth.

2. Email the completed forms to LMSA.Midwest@gmail.com.
3. Complete the appropriate PayPal payment listed below.
4. Register your attendance at the conference under “Speaker/Exhibitor” registration option at (for name badge / attendance count) on http://lmsamidwest.eventbrite.com/
5. LMSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, as such, all sponsorship donations are considered tax deductible. Proof of status is available upon request.
