Registration fees will be as follows:

  • Early Bird Registration (until 12/25): $30 (LMSA members)/ $60 (non-members)
  • Regular Registration (12/26-1/25): $40 (members)/ $70 (non-members)
  • Late Registration (after 1/25): $50 (members)/ $80 (non-members)
  • Undergraduate and High School Pre-medical Students: FREE!

Research Symposium

  • Abstract submission is closed and all confirmed presenters will receive an email shortly
  • Posters should be equal or under 36” H by 48” W
  • Poster boards will be double-sided, and board assignments will be given out at time of registration check-in
  • Presenters should arrive no later than 7:30am to check in and set up their poster
  • All presentations will take place in the 3rd Floor Theater of Ida Noyes Hall on 2/2/19 (1212 E 59th St, Chicago, IL 60637)
  • Judging will happen at 9am, so presenters will likely miss part of the second plenary session
  • The general poster session will take place from 9:45 to 10:30am
  • There will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, which will be announced later that day
  • Registration fees will be reimbursed via check following the poster session
